Assignment: Write a seven-to-eight page report that includes: A brief introduction that states the key
issues; an analysis of the issues raised by the questions posed in the five numbered paragraphs;
conclusion and lessons learned.

Your report should clearly demonstrate your ability to apply, integrate, and cite relevant theories,
concepts, frameworks and ideas from course readings into your analysis. Additional research is not
required. Use the data and information provided by the case study, course readings and conferences
discussion.

Post the report in your Assignment Folder by Tuesday, midnight. Please remember to submit
your final report to Turnitin.com before you post the report in your Assignment Folder.

Format: The report is to be double-spaced, with one-inch margins, use 10-to-12 point type, post as rtf
or Word document. Use APA format for references. Cover page, references, appendixes are not part of
the page count.

 Include an Introduction that states succinctly the two key issues or problems to be discussed in the
report. Do not restate the facts presented in the case.
 Provide an in-depth analysis of the issues and responses to the questions posed in the
Assignment.
