Healthy Lunch Box Idea’s

Nutritious meals are important so that your child will continue


to grow healthy. Eating lunch also increase students’ academic
performance in school. Try to pack a fruit, vegetable, protein,
dairy, starch, and water in your child’s lunch box.

bread with carrots.
o Mixed bean salad with whole
grain pasta and mixed berries.
o Chicken + rice with sliced
peppers and grapes
o Pinwheel sandwiches with
turkey+ cheese, broccoli and
pineapple.
o Hummus + avocado wrap with
carrots + apples
o Quinoa salad with melon and
chips
o Grilled chicken with cheese,
tomatoes, pretzels and
watermelon.
