Proposed Guidelines in Handling Reports

(1) Apollo shall take charge of the nurseshelplineph@gmail.com email


account, and categorize concerns according to this classification
system:

 Labor Concerns
 Violence
 Discrimination
 Special Cases (cases of human rights violation, i.e. right to
life, liberty, movement, free expression, unreasonable
searches and seizure, custodial investigation, habeas
corpus, writ of amparo, etc.)

(2) Apollo will reply a standard message.

“Thank you for your message. Your concern has been forwarded to
our legal team for study. A representative from our legal team will
contact you shortly to further assist you.”

(3) Apollo shall assign cases to the investigators for:

a. Case study and build-up;


b. Further investigation :
c. Handling investigator will prepare recommendation within
24 hours;
d. Send recommendation to STH for review.
e. STH will sent to CEB approved recommendation for proper
communication to networks and linkages, such as but not
limited to:
i. Media
ii. OP
iii. DOLE
iv. DILG
v. PNP
vi. CHR
vii. PNA

f. Mobilization:
i. Send legal opinion to client once approved;
ii. Refer/endorse client to the appropriate agency,
organization and channels for appropriate action.
iii. For special cases that require urgent and immediate
action, the immediate referral must be taken.

(4) Investigator shall follow up case progress from client, and assess
whether client needs further assistance.
