Cost

The cost required to plan this program is not that much. We only need a medium amount to
carry out the program because the program is just one day. Our proposal will be based on
UniMAP so it might be a problem due to the transportation. But it does not have a problem
for the distribution of application to join the program because we will be using the Wi-Fi
connection provided from our college. To attract more students to join the program we make
templates and distributed throughout UniMAP. So we need some gas money for the trip. For
the location, we decided to locate at PPKAS(school of environmental engineering) so we
need to ask the PPKAS management to use that area . therefore, we need a banner for the
program to make it an official.
