My second assessment tool is a ticket out the door. I will use this during the Science unit on
Heat Energy. This ticket out the door will be used with the prompt, tell me one thing you
learned today about Heat Energy. This is a formative assessment that will observe the students’
learning as we progress through the unit.
Assessment Tool 3
This a formative self-assessment for students to reflect on their learning at the end of a unit.
