Monday, May 18th—Friday, May 22nd

NOTE: Students should be 100% complete with their semester courses by the end of the
week (Math, LA, SS and Science) and 100% complete with yearlong coursework (P.E., Art
and Ed. Tech). Please review the gradebook for those percentages. ST Math should be
80% complete this week.

LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL- 5 Days Left!

End of Year Call- Learning Coaches and students must have one last call with their
homeroom teacher before May 22. If you are not sure when your last call will be, reach
out to your homeroom teacher.

Temporary Zeros: Your student has until May 22 to complete all incomplete lessons.
After May 22nd, temporary zeros become permanent zeros.

Attendance Information- Under the new attendance guidelines students must do one of the
following;

 Students must send a webmail

 Have a phone call
 Attend a LiveLesson

This accounts for attendance even if all of their lessons are complete for the remainder of the
school year (May 22).

Lexia Core 5: Your student will have access until August 31st. Save all usernames and
passwords to access on your personal devices. Teachers may not be available to help
after May 22nd.

ST Math: Your student will have access until June 30th. Please save all Username and
Password for access on your personally devices. Teachers may not be available to
help after May 22nd.

Enrollment Information: Please check your To Do list on the Learning Coach platform. You are
being asked where your student will do their learning for the 2020/2021 school year to help make
enrollment elsewhere a seamless process. Please remember, NCA will not be offered to elementary
students next year.
