BAC RESOLUTION NO. 16-04-520 s. 2016

WHEREAS, Various Purchase Request were approved for the Provision of

Catering Services, Venue and Accommodation for various activities for
the period April – December 2016 in the Province of Catanduanes with
an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of Three Hundred
Forty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos only (₱ 348,800.00);

WHEREAS, Invitation to Bid for the Provision of Catering Services, Venue and
Accommodation for various activities for the period April – December 2016 in
the Province of Catanduanes was posted in PhilGeps website with Reference No.
3682127 dated February 10, 2016, likewise to three (3) conspicuous places
within the premises of this Office, as well as Published in the Manila Times on
the same date;

WHEREAS, in response to the Invitation to Bid, only one (1) prospective

bidder, Rakdell Inn purchased the bid document;

WHEREAS, pre-bidding conference was conducted February 17, 2016, 9:00

a.m. at the R.C. Daguinsin Hall, this office participated by BAC Members, TWG
Members, BAC Secretariat, observers and several bidders;

WHEREAS, submission and opening of bids was conducted March 1, 2016,

9:00 a.m. at the R.C. Daguinsin Hall, this office. Rakdell Inn the lone bidder
dropped its bid proposal, which resulted to:
