bird craft

1. Prep: Cut paper plates in half. Cut small triangles


out of orange paper for the beak.
2. Paint the plates.
3. Glue feathers, a beak, and two googly eyes to the
bird.
Skunk craft
1. Prep: Print and create the stencil/pattern pieces.
2. Paint a paper bag black.
3. Trace the stencils on construction paper and cut
out.
4. Glue pieces to the paper bag.

***There is a page of the white bellies, eyes, and white


part of the tails. You can print this page on white
cardstock and give one to each student. Then they
would only need to trace and cut out the nose and
black part of the tail.

owl craft
Prep: Fold both sides of the paper plate in to
create the wings. Then fold the top down to
create the head, and staple. Cut small triangles
out of orange paper for the beak. Print out the
eyes page on cardstock. Each student will need
two eyes.
2. Sponge paint the owls any color you like.
3. Cut out the eyes.
4. Glue the beak and eyes to the owl.

Print out the eyes page on cardstock. Each
student will need two eyes.
2. Paint a paper bag grey.
3. Trace the stencils on construction paper and cut
out. Cut out the eyes too.
4. Glue the pieces to the paper bag.
5. Paint grey stripes on the tail.

***There is a page of the white bellies. You can print


this page on white cardstock and give one to each
student. Then they would only need to trace and
cut out the mask, nose, and tail.
