Meat Burrito

Ingredients:
 4 flour tortillas
 300 grams of ground meat
 1 chopped onion
 1 small carrot, chopped
 3 chopped mushrooms
 100 grams of grated cheese
 2 tablespoons of olive oil
 1 sweet pepper, chopped
 1/3 cup of tomato sauce
 1 pinch of black pepper
 1 pinch of salt

Recipe:
1. Bring a pot or a pan with the oil to the fire and, when it is hot, add the onion, the sweet chili and the
mushrooms. Sauté until the onion begins to brown.

2. Add the chopped carrot, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.

3. When the vegetables are well browned add the meat, mix well and stir so that the sauce is combined with the
meat. When the meat is well loose, season with salt and pepper and let it cook until it is also browned.

4. Finally, add the tomato sauce, mix and cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce is reduced.

5. Next, heat the Mexican flour tortillas in a frying pan, until they are slightly crisp and golden brown on both sides.

6. In the center of the tortilla, place a portion of the ground beef sofrito and sprinkle grated cheese to taste.
Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center and then you roll the filling inside it.
