1_At first, Jeep People used Shopify as a platform, and all was good at the beginning because the

company was relatively small. However, after the grew of the company, Jeep People face any problems
such as:

 Product limitations.
 The hacks that they are forced to use became very convoluted.
 It was difficult for them to figure out how to get the layouts and the product options that they
wanted.
 Customers would not be able to transact on the site for a few minutes or up to an hour.
 The platform fundamentally wasn’t able to support the use cases they had in their mind about
discount, which meant they had to compromise.
 The system was very manual and time-consuming.
 Any time they add more steps to a process, they lose conversions.

According of the foregoing and after the first evaluation in BigCommerce, knowing that there was fear at
the beginning to use it, they demoing a platform and seeing the capabilities of it, they migrate from
Shopify to BigCommerce because they see that it was much better than the old platform and it solve all
the problem that they have, and it consumes time and efforts and increases the sale and profit.

2_In my opinion yes I recommend Jeep People to build an e-auction.

I recommend building e-auction one time every 6 months on the platform for new specialist items that
are new and displayed on the platform for the first time. In this way, they can earn a huge amount of
profits for their new items as the first time they introduce it on the platform in addition to the basic
profit that they will gain after.

3_Pure play e-tailers because it sells only online by using first Shopify then they migrate to
BigCommerce when the dealers and wholesalers can simply log into the store, access custom pricing
that has been tailored specifically for them and order right through the site. After they use an app called
Rivet Works that It’s really helpful for potential customers to be able to visualize specific parts on
specific Jeeps. All these simple steps and facilities are used to satisfy the customer in the online
purchasing.
