Sir,
With reference to the subject cited above and as per the rates quoted by your Department in the above
referred letter, we are placing order to your department for supply of the following items mentioned below at the
earliest. Payment shall be released only after delivery/installation of item at designated workshop of and after
subsequent verification by staffs , submission of bills /other necessary documents at

individual small locker chambers)
It is of size 78”x36”x20”.It is made out of 20Swg
C.R. sheet. The total compartment is divided by two Eight
vertical surfaces there by forming three vertical (Electrician= 5,
chambers .Then each vertical chamber is divided by Wireman= 2, MMV=1)
three horizontal surfaces to form four individual
compartments in a row . So total no. of locker is
twelve ,having individual locking system. All the
surfaces are treated with antirust treatment &
painted with powder coating paints.
