Studying second year MBA marketing in Sona school of management. I had to do a Desk research
project my project is based on the ott platforms like (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and the Title is.

“A customer user experience on the Ott video services”

But due to this COVID-19 pandemic , I could not find the best way to collect the data for my Research so

I have prepared a questionnaire to collect data. My humble request to you all is to take a look at this
questionnaire and to fill this questionnaire at your convenience.

I do not have a better idea to collect Data during this Lockdown. So I am requesting all of you Sirs and
madam’s to help me collect data
