It is a good college with good infrastructure, and the learning provides you with a good
experience.
Placements: Almost 75% of the students got placed this year. The highest salary package was
offered by Deloitte, and it was 13 LPA. Deloitte, HCL and HDFC are the top recruiting
companies in which the highest salary package offered will be 13 LPA and the lowest salary
package offered will be 4 LPA and the average salary package offered will be around 6.5 LPA.
Top roles offered in our course are a financial manager and marketing analysts. About 20%-
30% of the students get internships inside the college, and the companies which offer
internships are Goldman Sachs, Preethi and many other companies.
Infrastructure: Our college has an elevator, a canteen which serves until evening and a library.
Our college also has a computer lab, and all the classrooms have smartboards. The quality of
the food served in the hostel is very good, and the hostel consists of a Wi-Fi facility. Our college
has medical facilities inside the campus, and many sports and games events will be conducted
throughout the year.
Faculty: Teachers here are well experienced and are coaching many students in the same
institute, which makes their teaching quality very good. The course curriculum is very relevant
and very practical, which provides good exposure and learning inside the institute.

Infrastructure is not too good, but it has good faculty members.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students get placed. The Highest package offered is 1.3 LPA,
and the lowest package offered is Rs. 40000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Amazon
and Goldman Sachs. Top roles offered are sales and analytic. The highest package offered in
our course is 1.3 LPA, and the lowest package offered in our course is Rs. 40000 per month.
Almost 6.45% of students got through a college internship. College got few placements for HR
role and more for marketing.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not too good, but there is a good atmosphere to learn and
develop. The campus surroundings are good. There is a Wi-Fi facility and labs with enough
systems are all available. Hostel food is great, but it is strict. The college has a good facility for
sports and games, especially for boys.
Faculty: Faculty are helpful, but the workload will be there. The course curriculum is relevant.
Students based on their hard work and dedication to there field of study become more industry-
relevant. Faculty members are doing what they can do here.
Other: I chose this course because the work experience is relevant to the course. More time is
given for the students to study their interested subject. All the extracurricular activities are good
in the college.

there was a Football ground, two Hockey grounds, two Volleyball courts, Kho-Kho, Basketball courts,

strictly a sports enthusiast.

One year fee for my MBA program is INR 4,30,000 which is pretty feasible. This fee covered our
registration fee, tuition fee, and refundable caution money. College campus is pretty beautiful and to be
honest, you stand to gain a lot from the course.

Faculty members are all good and pretty supportive. They are pretty friendly with us and guides us with
appropriate career advice. The best part is that all of the faculty members are well qualified and all the

There are several clubs and forums in college. Clubs like qubate, Society of Indian Languages
(SOIL), NCC, NSS, YRC, Varnam, studio kct etc are the well-known clubs. Forums like Re (it's a
research forum that provides funding too), YUVA are the forums. Yugam is the techno-cultural fest
that happens during February, its one of the largest college fests of South India. Inspire India
YouthCon is South India's first student organised conclave that happens in January /February.

Hostel fees: Rs 80000/- (including food) Hostel infrastructure for ug students is very poor. For pg
students it's good. Only vegetarian food is available in hostel and campus, though one can order
non-veg from outside. For ug students staying at pg is recommended, because they have good
infrastructure and its cheap. The library of kct campus is splendid and has free WiFi too. The labs
are fully equipped and are updated regularly in few depts (automobile, electronics and
instrumentation)

The college functions from 8.30 am- 4.45 pm. The quality of teaching is quite good. The teaching
staffs provide notes and ppts during exams. Assignments can be in written format or activity based.

Its a private college the fees are quite expensive. Fees: GQ & MQ: 80000 rs A scholarship of
10,000rs is given to 10 students in a class of 60 based on their semester marks. One can avail the
loan easily from any bank.

get admission. I am currently studying fashion technology in KCT and I got admission through
GQ(open category) . My cut off was 191.5.

SELECTION PROCESS

The MBA Programme is multi-disciplinary in nature. Hence, admission to this

programme is open to degree holders in any discipline.

A pass in any Undergraduate degree is the minimum requirement for admission to

the JSB-MBA programme, as per the norms of Government of Tamil Nadu. The
degree obtained by the applicant should have been conferred by an approved
institution. The list of approved institutions is available in the website of The
University Grants Commission.

Admission is based on the merit order of aggregate score obtained by applicants

in Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, and Interview.

Candidates interested in joining JSB-MBA should have a valid score of any one of
the following tests: CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT, ATMA and TANCET.
Candidates coming through TANCET Counselling will not have GD / PI.

The candidates short-listed from other Test scores will be called for Group
Discussion and Interview. The schedule for the same will be intimated to the short-
