1. Purpose
The Purpose of this document is to maintain guideline document for “Photocopy and reassessment
application web module” in IntelliExams.

By using this module the student user will be able to apply for photocopy, Reassessment and
verification application along with the report generation. Student can also opt for ONLINE PAYMENT
PROCESS through this application

2. Introduction
The scope of the document is to describe functionality of this module. This module basically used by
Student users for applying for photocopy applications, Challenge evaluation and verification
applications.

To the Student users

- Student will be able to register from student login page during first time login, enter login ID and
password to login
- Forgot password option to recover new password
- Student User can apply for photocopy and reassessment application
- Based on College name and student seat no, student details should be fetched
- Student User can update , student email id and mobile no from the main screen
- User can select maximum of two subjects only for photocopy/ Reassessment (Configurable)
- Date range for PC & CR is within 5 days of result published (Configurable)
- If user apply for direct RV, then he cannot opt for PC for both subjects

4. PC & RV application by Student user

4.1 Student User login

Description: - The above screen shot Fig: 1.0 for Student user login page. Through this page student user
can click on “student login” to direct to the login page
4.1.1 Registration during first time login

Description: - The above screen shot Fig: 1.1 for Student user login page. Through this page student
user can register to the application for applying photocopy and reassessment application during first
time login.

Type of selection:

- Student user need to register during first time login by Clicking on “Register here” link.
- Enter student Seat No and click on Go button from the pop up box.
- Based on student Seat No, Student details will be displayed to the user.
- Student user can view and verify the Mobile no and Email ID.
- Click on Submit button to generate the password. Newly created password will be sent to
registered Mail and Mobile number.
4.1.2 Forgot Password

Description: - The above screen shot Fig: 1.2 for to generate new password in case of old password
has been forgotten by the student user. This page will generate new password and sent to the
registered student mobile no.

Type of selection:

- Student user need to Click on ‘Forgot password ‘ link for new password generation
- From the displayed pop screen, Enter student Seat No and click on Go button from the pop
up box.
- Student will be able to view Name of student, Contact no, Email ID
- Click on ‘Generate Password’ to resend the new password.
- Latest Password will shared to student register contact
4.1.3 Login screen

this page user can enter User ID and password

4.1.4 Change password

Description: - The above screen shot Fig: 1.4 for change password screen. During first time login,
user will be prompted to change password screen through which he can change the password
4.2 Apply for photocopy application

valuation & verification application through Student user login

Type of selection:-

- Select form ‘Apply for Photocopy; Challenge to evaluation & verification application’
from Student login main menu
- College name and Seat no will be displayed to the student user.
- Click on View button to fetch the student details.
- Display student name, Mobile no & Email ID details
- Select Exam series from the drop down list
- Select Degree from the drop down list
- Select Branch from the drop down list
- Select Year from the drop down list

- Select Apply type radio button i.e. Photocopy, Challenge to valuation or verification
based on user requirement.

Note:

SL No Conditions

1 Student can directly opt for photocopy or verifications, but for challenge to
valuation user should have mandatorily applied for photocopy.

2 Student can maximum apply for 2 subjects from the same exam series,
degree, branch and Year.

- Click on ‘View’ button to load the subject details or click on clear button to reset the
buttons to default.
- User can view the grid with Subject Code, Subject Name and Amount details.
- User should be able to select the subjects from the grid by selecting check box (Maximum
two sub’s can be applied as per university requirement)
- Select the payment mode online mode of payment.

In case of Online payment

o User can select online payment option, Select “Online Payment” From the drop down
list. (Screen 2.1 for reference)

o Based on the number of subjects selected, total amount (Amount displayed is


inclusive of form fees) is calculated and displayed to the user along with the date of
payment. (Screen 2.1 for reference)
o Click on ‘Submit’ button to proceed for the payment or Click on ‘Clear’ to reset the
above selections to default.
o If User proceeds for amount payment, user can view the below summary page of
subject selection and other details before proceeding for final payment (FIG: 2.2 for
reference)

4.2.1 Summary of photocopy application

o From the summary page, user can view selected subject details, Amount, student
personal details etc.
o User can proceed for online payment by clicking on ‘Confirm’ button or User can click
on Back option to go back to previous page to modify details.
o After clicking on Confirm, user will be directed to payment gateway page (FIG: 2.3 for
reference)
4.2.2 Online Payment gateway page

o From the above screen (Fig:2.3), User can view different modes of payment such as
 Net banking
 Credit card
 Debit card
o Student can select Credit card details and initiate online payment by entering credit
card details such as Card number, Expiry date of card, Card holder name.
o Student can view the fees amount before final confirmation
o Click on ‘MAKE PAYMENT’ button, to proceed
o Student can click on ‘Cancel’ to go stop the transaction

o Student user will receive and ‘OTP’ (One time password), on the registered mobile
number.
o Student has to enter that OTP in the above screen (FIG: 2.4) to complete the payment
process
o Click on ‘SUBMIT’ button to proceed
o Once the payment is completed, user can view the Transaction successfully
completed message on the university page. ( Screen shot 2.5 for reference)

o From the above screen Fig: 2.5, user can generate the report by clicking on ‘Print’
button

4.2.3 Reports

o From the above report screen Fig: 2.6,is the detailed report of student application.
o Student user view the details of personal details, Subject count applied for which year
and semester details.
o Student can view mode of payment, Date of payment, amount and other details from
the report.
