PERSONAL STATEMENT

Since my early teenage years I have had a strong interest in the world that
I live in; wanting to understand where mine and others’ places can be and
are in society; not just locally but globally, so I follow current affairs
programs on the television, watch TV shows or movies about social and
economic changes such as ‘Zeitgeist’ and read journals such as ‘national
review’,’The Atlantic’.
I wish to study business administration that I may gain the knowledge and
analytical acumen to understand the workings of the world and consequently be
able to inform the public about pervasive injustice I want to become a one of the
best at something I love, at first I have to study hard ,get the good education and
then help people whose economic, social and cultural rights have been
jeopardized.
As an enthusiastic and highly motivated student I would love to experience
and face the challenges which such a prestigious course and university
would offer me
business is an ever changing subject which means over time it can
develop and improve.I want to be part of this.I want my university life to be
flexible, rewarding and engaging so I have chosen to expand upon my
learning experience by studying more than one discipline which are tailored
to my interests.
I am passionate about reading.Books and the history described in the books
have changed my point of view about life and human rights.
I have studied subjects that I believe have helped me develop the skills
needed for the study of management. In history,I honed my ability to
construct arguments and present a balanced yet decisive judgement, a skill
I also refined in my English lessons. These subjects offered me the
opportunity to perfect my analytical skills, a key asset for the study of
business.I developed a deep fascination with my subject matter and I have
the capacity for intense focus on subjects that I study.The politics modules
have caught my attention and I very much want to make use of the skills I
possess to engage myself with the course material.
The prospect of studying business truly excites me and I look forward to
the opportunity to stimulate my interest. I believe that studying business
administration will be an immensely valuable experience and intend on
pursuing one of the many possibilities the course will open for me.
