Console set: Oil Compensation (O.

comp)

1.why need to do Console Oil Compensation ?

Answer: the tank during the underground work , it have a certain slope, and after the underground , your

tank not make the tank volume table calibration ,so the tank volume table also not the exactly one ,so the tank volume

table have some error ,in order to make sure the accuracy ,so we need to adjust the console oil Compensation.

Detail as follow:

O. Comp value = actual oil height(measured by manual)– oil height as

shown in the console + Original compensation value ( factory set is 0.0 )

First :Choose SET up

Then enter follow pictre:

input password 822267 ,then enter probe data :

The adjust way as follow: click the red place O.comp ,

Then you will find the original value as follow picture , the 0.0 is the

original value

Then click the red place 0.0 ,you will find the follow picture,this data

0.0 disappeared ,as follow picture

For example ,the console show your oil height is 1735.5 mm ,but you check
manual height is 1741.5mm ( from the tank gauge hatch checking it ). So this

probe ,the oil compensation value is : 1741.5 mm-1735.5 mm+ (0.0mm) = 6.0

Then you need to input 6.0 ,as follow picture

then click Enter ,then you will heard one sound ,then click Home to

check,

you will check , the display will show you data is : 1741.5 mm

If value is - 6.0 ,then you need to input – 6.0 ,then click Enter .

Mark :

1. if the data is 6 ,then you need to input 6.0 , not 6 ,must be 6.0

2. If your data is -6 ,then you need to input -6.0 ,not -6 .must be - 6.0 .
3. Others number is the same !

If you have many tanks ,then do the same way one by one !

After this work ,then console display fuel height = manual height
