HOME WORSHIP GUIDE // March 22

The purpose of this resource is to provide your family, group, or friends with a guide for home worship. You
will find many of the same elements in our normal worship gathering. We want to put a bit more control in
your hands, while still providing live music & teaching. You can pick the time, begin with this guide, and lead
your family & friends through Home Worship.

In today's passage the Apostle John begins where it all began...in the beginning. John recognized something
magnificent with Jesus. Jesus wasn't just an amazing prophet, incredible teacher, or worker of miracles. Jesus,
the word may flesh was God. Today we will reflect on Jesus as the Word, the light, and the glorious one full of
grace and truth.

QUICK NOTE

If you have smaller children grab some paper, crayons, or even play-do.  Have your children draw a picture or
sculpt what they hear in the sermon or ask them to take notes.  We hope this guide serves you well.

PSALM 103:1-5

1 Bless the Lord, O my soul,

God of all grace, today we look to you the one who looks over all the world. We bless your name today. You
know the condition of our world, our state, and our county. We ask that you lay your hand on all that is
occurring around us. Give us mercy, grace, relief, and hope. You are our hope today Jesus. We ask that
Flatwoods would be a light to Stone County as we take your light to the darkness. Let us be a people of hope
and peace, & sacrificial love. We ask this in the name of your Son, who lived, died, and rose again...Jesus
Christ. - Amen

Take this time to respond to what you have heard. Be quiet and still, allowing your heart to focus on the true
light Jesus. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal places where you need truth.

What did you since God communicated to your through His Word?
What are you going to do about it?

CHURCH PRAYER
God of all grace, your ways and works are perfect. This is your world and we are the people of your pasture.
Our world needs you, and we beg you to comfort the hurting, heal the sick, and save those that are lost. Keep
us father! Hem us in, behind and before and lay your hand upon us. Let our gospel light burn for all of Stone
County to see as we continually enter broken places with sacrificial love. In Christ name we pray - Amen.
