EXECUTIVE SUMMARY REPORT

1. GENERAL

This document is issued to report the inspection and testing of Diesel Generator 140 kVA ,
which held on August 02, 2012. All activities took place at workshop PT. Unggul Genset
Balaraja – Tangerang.

2. SCOPE OF WORK
Scope of work for these inspections work were visual inspection, review document and
witness of testing.

3. SUBJECT OF INSPECTION
The subject of inspection is 1 (one) unit Diesel Generator 140 kVA with data spec as follows

4. REFERENCES
The References used for Factory Acceptance Test of LV GCP/Switchgear project were as
follows :

- National Fire Protection Association (NFPA)
- Diesel Generating Sets installations and operations manual

5. PERSONNEL

6. METHOD OF INSPECTIONS

- Review Documents.
- Visually & Physically Inspection.
- Witness of Factory Acceptance Test

7. RESULT OF THE INSPECTIONS

7.1. Review Documents

The documents which have been reviewed were as follows :

· Manual book
· Drawing.
· Certficate of Origin.
· Test Report

The result of document review were Satisfactory.

7.2. Visually & Physically Inspection

Visual inspection have been conducted to ensure that the unit of Diesel Generator 140 kVA
have been completed and good condition as per user request.
The result of Inspection was satisfactory and good condition.

7.3. Function Test

The function test have been executed by PT Unggul Genset to ensure that the Diesel
Generator was in good condition and good function before installed on site.
The test which is conducted are as follows :

· Insulation test
· Low oil pressure
· Over heating engine
· Over & under voltage
· Over & under frequency
· Ground fault
· Emergency stop
· Over speed

The result of function test were satisfactory

The inspection test record can be seen at appendix

8. RECOMMENDATION
The unit of Diesel Generator can be used for further operation.

9. CONCLUSION

Base on the above result (visually and function test) we conclude that the Diesel Generator
140 kVA which have been inspected, showed satisfactory and acceptable.

This report reflects our finding at the time and place of inspection only and is issued without
prejudice.
