COURSE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

AIM
This course targets to equip students with a profound understanding of the various strategies for
managing organizational change and as well to enable them to operate diversities of changing
organizational environments

INTENDED LEARNING OUTCOMES


After the completion of the course the students should be able to:
 Define change management
 Distinguish between change leaders and status quo managers
 Apply different theories of change to different organizational situations
 Lay a proper foundation for change
 understand several techniques for managing a change trip
