Sub: - AMC of one no. OTIS make passenger Elevator installed at “Raisal Complex,
Jaipur”.

Dear Sir,

Please find enclosed here with herewith our Annual Maintenance Contract form in
duplicate stipulating terms & conditions for the comprehensive maintenance of the
above-subjected elevator. This contract is valid for the period of one year at the charges
of Rs. 12,000/- (Twelve thousand only) for one elevator per annum. Service Tax @
12.36% will be in addition to the above charges.
