1. End user certificate meeting the PQ specified.
2. Reference list of Stacker cum reclaimer projects executed in the last 5 years.
3. Quality assurance plan for Stacker cum reclaimer (as per NTPC attachment 14)
4. Data sheets duly filled for the Stacker cum reclaimer.
5. Auxiliary power guarantee for the equipment supplied as per NTPC attachment 10A.
6. List of devices along with the ratings of equipments.
7. Un priced format indicating that all items required are quoted shall be submitted.
8. Certificate to compliance to all provisions of bid documents (as per NTPC attachment 6)
9. Recommended spares list
10. List of mandatory spares considered.
11. Any Other relevant technical forms as per NTPC documents mentioned in various places

Details to be provided with commercial offer

1. Duly filled commercial format for acceptance of commercial terms and conditions.
2. Experience details for stacker cum reclaimer as per attachment – 3A1, 3A3.
3. Details of design, engineering, manufacturing and testing capabilities for stacker cum
reclaimer as per attachment – 3C.
4. Filled up bank guarantee checklist (as per NTPC FORM NO. 16).
5. Certificate to compliance to all provisions of bid documents (as per NTPC attachment 6)
6. Details regarding CIF value as per NTPC attachment – 9 & 9A.
7. Joint Deed of undertaking NTPC attachment – 13A.
8. Milestone schedule for stacker cum reclaimer as per NTPC attachment – 16.
9. Recommended spares list along with price.
10. Any Other relevant commercial forms as per NTPC documents mentioned in various
places
