ITEM DESCRIPTION OIL LUBRICATION SYSTEM

SPECIFICATION COMPLIANCE
Supplier must provide their compliance and comments (if any) for each specification subsections mentioned in the
Specification Compliance Sheet (7.1. SCS R00_IWWT_TAQA).
1. (a) The compliance statement must confirm that the Supplier complies with all the specifications.
(b) The remarks section must be used to provide any comments or additional information about the Supplier's
compliance, such as, but not limited to, any deviations from the specifications or additional information must be
furnished.
SCOPE
The Project Scope for the Subcontractor includes Engineering, design verification, preparation of shop drawing up

to As Built drawing, supply, installation, testing, commissioning & obtaining approval from consultant/authority of Oil
Lubrication System, all as per enclosed documents as listed in Section 7.0.
3. Subcontractor shall verify the design of the Oil Lubrication System in lieu with the provided drawings & BOQ .
4. Subcontractor shall fill the provided BOQ based on the drawings.
5. Pipe selection details shall be provided by the Subcontractor based on the system requirement
6. ROHR shall be closed type, 1/2" hose, 15m length, similar to attached photo in the drawing
7. Technical Data Sheet of the proposed material/equipment shall be provided
8. Supplier shall provide details of amenities required from the Contractor, if any.
Following documents shall be submitted by the Specialist along with the offer.
A. Technical Data Sheet of the proposed material/equipment
9. B. Manufacturer details of proposed equipment
C. Country of Origin of proposed equipment
D. Required plant room size based on the proposal.
Any discrepancy between provided CAD and PDF drawing, Subcontractor shall consider the PDF stamped

drawings.
Any item items that are not shown on the drawings and is required for the proper functioning of Oil Lubrication

System shall be highlighted and proposed by the Subcontractor as optional pricing.
12. Subcontractor shall provide details of amenities required from the Contractor, if any.
BIM REQUIREMENT
13. A. Supplier shall provide BIM Models for his scope of work.
B. 3D Model family to be provided in the proper format (RFA) is preferable or IFC, RVT if available.
WARRANTY
A. Warranty period for the complete unit/equipment shall be as per Contract Documents from the date of TOC of

the project.
B. The warranty shall include parts cost, labor for the repair and replacement of manufacturing defects in material.
SPARE PART LIST
A. Supplier shall propose the manufacture recommended spare part list.
15. B. The data shall include a complete list of parts and supplies, with current unit prices and source of supply, a
recommended spare parts list for one (1) year of operation, and a list of the parts recommended by the manufacturer
to be replaced on a routine basis.
DOCUMENTS RELATED TO SUPPLIER'S SCOPE OF WORK
Supplier shall consider all the points mentioned in below sections related to his scope of work. Any deviation shall
be justified with substantial supporting documents.
