PRE-COVID19 WORK PROCEDURES
Business-as-usual Department / Project procedures that
need to be modified due to increased risk of acquiring
COVID-19 infection
Visitors and applicants will be screened for
appointments prior to entry and requested to
register in the logbook
• Applicant in the list will be called to enter the clinic • No Mask, No Entry Policy
• Doctor to do medical interview and examination • Apply alcohol on both hands upon entry
PROJECT SITE PROTOCOL : METROMANILA SKYWAY STAGE 3 PROJECT
• New arrival workers must secure Barangay
Certification (if possible)
• New arrival workers should undergo clinical
interview with our medical representatives
• Workers that was quarantined for one
a half months at site will be provided with IDs with
mark "Quarantined at Site"
