COMPANIES & PARTNERSHIPS

 Set-up £3,000
 Annual Management £5,000 (minimum fee)

The above fees apply to UK, Irish, Isle of Man, Mauritius, Bahamas and BVI
companies/partnerships. Other locations and protected cell companies are quoted
for on a case-by-case basis.

TRUSTEE SERVICES

 Set-up £3,000
 Annual Management £4,000

The above fees apply to discretionary or interest in possession settlements. For

more specialist arrangements fees are quoted on a case by case basis.

ADMINISTRATION & SUPPORT SERVICES

On a time-spent basis with rates commencing at £75 per hour and increasing to
£140 per hour, dependent upon experience and seniority.

PROFESSIONAL CHARGES

On a time-spent basis, with rates commencing at £75 per hour and increasing to
£380 per hour, dependent upon the complexity of the matter and seniority of
the professional.

VAT and disbursements are added where applicable

Charge-out rates are reviewed and adjusted annually
