Ans:1 Important Factors For Job Satisfaction

Job satisfaction is believed to be an important aspect of one’s satisfaction and a happy life.
To be satisfied with a job many expectations need to be fulfilled and it is a matter of debate
whether For job satisfaction there are different-different essential elements from aspect of
different-different people as well as the factors for job satisfaction also keeps on changing
time to time. For job satisfaction firstly you need to choose a job which matches your skills
and where you could find the mental-satisfaction. Traditionally, a job that has a social status,
better pay scale and gives freedom to employee is said to be a dream job. There are some
other factors like career growth, job security and fair working environment are often
considered the most important aspects of job. I believed a nice job should guarantee progress-
both numeration and skills. Since job satisfaction and expectation of employee changes with
tine. It is almost unrealistic to define a job which is perfect.

In conclusion, some common factors like salary, respect, learning opportunity, work
environment and job security could be important factors for job satisfaction but it is quite
impossible for all employees to be satisfied.

the laws of reasoning, commonsense and science. Superstition can be seen in the forms of
having blind faith in charms, magic, sorcery, witchcraft, ghosts, spirits, supernatural powers,

ANS:4 “Parents are the best teachers”. Do you agree or disagree ?

‘Whether parents are our best teachers or not is a never-ending debate and people are divide
into both favour and against this argument. Both have a very strong contribution and
influence on a child’s learning but in my opinion, parents overtake teachers in terms of
teaching their children. If you wake and small the coffee a life without parents you could
break down.

It is “easier said than done” for us what our parents do for us. First of all, I would like to
point out that a teacher is not merely a person who takes a text book and read text from there
to a student. Rather a teacher is who helps us to let in the advancement. Now we know the
true responsibility of teacher, we can easily call for comparison between teachers and parents.
The things we learn from our parents is a gold mine for us. I am not denying the invaluable
information we learn from our teachers won’t work out. We learn to survive, distinguish well
form bad, values of life, morality and such important and other things from our parents.

The parents give up so many things of their life just to ensure a better life for us and nothing
in this whole world could compared with their sacrifice for us.

In summary, the things we learn from our teachers are important for our lives and those
valuable lessons and knowledge prepare us for the future but things we learn from our parents
shapes you who we are “by no stretch of the imagination”. In one’s opinion parents are best
teachers.
