 Observation: (when customer entre in the outlet)
First step when customer entre in the outlet they were
group of 3 persons go to sales corner because there was
sale having different discount on different clothes and
also last day of sales.
 Conservation:(way of communication between
customer and sales person)
In second step we saw the group was confused to finding
their favorite colors and also asking to sales person
having size issues because last day of sale and sizes were
not available in store.
 Discussion: (asked questions why you are here? and
what was your experience?)
In third step customer were satisfy with their brand
having impulse buying because there were no sizes they
chosen another product and there experience was good
because they mostly buy from this outlet.
Customer 2
 Observation:
In first step we observe individual man who was at
man corner having sale 50% off on vast coat and
shoes. Buying vast coat and shoes
 Conservation:
In second step customer asking size and also ask for try
but the try room was closed because of sales.
 Discussion:
In third step the customer was satisfy with the brand and
like the quality .The first time shopping for this brand so
experience was good.

Dawood SuperMarket

 Observation: (vegetable corner)


We observe a family entered in the mart direct go to
vegetable corner to buy some fresh vegetables.
 Conservation: customer was talking with each other
and less conversation with salesperson, they only
asked to salesperson where weight machine is but it
was not available yet.
 Discussion: in last we asked some question from
customers, they said that the experience was good
and services also not bad. They were regular
customers of this mart.
Customer 2
 Observation: (fruit corner)
We observe two ladies entered in the mart and they also
go direct to the fruit corner.
 Conservation: they both asked to the salesperson
how much weight of kiwi and pomogernte and price.

 Discussion: in last we conservation with customer


they were satisfied with their products and someone
advice to go to buying from this mart rather than they
mostly go to local market or MaxBachat.

Observation:
When they enter in outlet they went to the section of
sale and unstitch products and then they went to gents
section and purchase a waistcoat.
Conversation:
Thy asked about size and color of waistcoat.
Discussion:

Customer told that they are regular customer of J. and


mostly they purchase gents cloths from there as they
were regular customers and they had gold
membership card . They only purchase the product
for which they came to shop.
Customer 2: (Family)
Observation:

When they enter in outlet first she went to women


cloths section and then she went to kid’s cloths
section.

Conservation:
She asked about size color and designs of fancy
clothes for kids.
Discussion:
She told that “she is regular customer and mostly
they purchase clothes for and gents from there she
was satisfied with staff behavior and quality GST
which they charge exclusively on products. she said
they mansion there sale but they charge price more
than the price which is fixed before sale.

After entering in outlet he went to gents clothes
section and asked from sales person about sale

Customer was asked about Formal dresses.
Discussion:
Customer said that he is regular customer of
Ideas by Gul Ahmed, he mostly purchases cloths
from Gul Ahmed. Either on sale or not. He said that
Gul Ahmed’s price is reasonable and its quality of
product is very good he usually purchase clothes
from Gul Ahmed.

Observation:
After entering they went to gents cloths
section .
Conservation:
Customer asked sales person for some
good color combination and high quality
products after purchasing cloths the went to
home accessories.
Discussion:
Customer told that they were regular
customer of Gul Ahmed and this time they came
to buy some cloths and home accessories for
them self and to give gifts.

She asked salesperson that this is 50% or not or how
much will be its price after sale.
Discussion:
We communicate with customer a lady tells us they were
not regular customer but there was sale, so she came and
purchase shoes for school wear because she was a teacher
and also buy for her daughter for university wear. She
said that there was a save, quality best and design was
also change attractive so I buy from here for the 1th time.

many sections of makeup.

Customer was asked about quality and

Discussion:
She said that she came here first time
because her friend told her about
products of Body shop so she also came
to purchase some products and she said
that this shop very expensive.

Observation:
When she entering she visited whole
outlet.
Conservation:
Query about more products.
Discussion:
She was a beautician and she said
that she mostly came here to purchase
different products as she need those
products in her parlor. She was a
regular customer but according to her
there was shortage of some products.

They talk to waiter about light food and
ordered it.

After leaving New York Girl they said
that they usually came here for lunch
they were office workers and mostly
come there and they said that their
experience was good.

Observation:
When customer enter in restaurant they
sit and check menu.
Conservation:
They call waiter and ordered different
food.
Discussion:
After leaving they said that they are
students of LUMS university and they
were friends and according to them they
mostly come there for lunch as they like
New York Grill’s test but according to
them it is little bit expensive.
