Ans: It will help us to cluster the pipelines and areas that needs more maintenance and
better accuracy of prediction on requirement of maintenance in coming seasons

4. Data value: summarize how important this data is for your project on a scale from 1 to 5.

5. Data availability assessment: assess how easy you think the data can be collected and
prepared for analysis on a scale from 1 to 5.
