About Drona:

IRIS 2017 is the annual Management-Cultural Festival at IIM-Indore. Begun in 2001, it now stands as
its own legacy, with a premise to get bigger and better, with each passing year. It is an amalgamation
of talent and action; top talent and the best brains from across the country on one single platform,
on the race to glory. Top Institutes from across the country head over to Indore, each November to
partake of the fun, at IRIS, IIM-Indore

Drona 2017 is a unique mentorship/Business world exposure program designed for candidates to
get a sneak-peak into the professional lives of some of the biggest achievers like Sunder Pichai –
the stuff it takes to become such and to develop an understanding about different career options.
It consists of interactions with IIM Indore professors and renowned industrialists during the
program, coupled with challenging activities designed to test skills like leadership, team building,
strategizing business acumen etc. It also provides an insight into a typical lifestyle of a top-level
leader of an organization.

A unique opportunity for all those who are going to step into professional lives from under
graduation or those who want to bank upon a management path to live that life for 3 days and a

How to Register Students?

Register for an online test by paying a fee of Rs 100 with your Campus Ambassador and providing
him your Name, Contact No, Email ID, College Name.

An online aptitude test will be conducted at national level; Test Window - Sep 28 – Oct 5 th

(Certification of participation will be given after this round).

Pattern: 1 hr test – Based on Quantitative and Analytical reasoning.

Further shortlists will be given for second and third round. (This event can be ranging from case
study, presentations, research, resume building activities, personality development, interview
exposure). Exact Pattern will be given when shortlists are announced.
