WORKSHOP IDENTIFICATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL TOOLS IN LEARNING.

1) What have to do learning technology in business fields?
Technology is very important to learn in fields like business. One of the most important
things about technology is information. Nowadays, according to the reading “information is
organized by nodes and links”, thanks to links you can have all kinds of information, no
matter your country or where are you.
Other advantage of technology according to the reading is that in “the era of hypermedia
and the development of advanced technology have empowered web-based instructional
designers to design learning material/enviroments that would optimize students learning by
accommodating various learner differences”, all people are not equal, so is necessary to
adapt the knowledge to every person.
All this information and frames of reference are necessary in business because, as we know
globalization has made of the economy a global thing, for this reazon is important to search
information of all countries in the world, if you want to be a successful businessman you
have to see every person like an opportunity to show your products, to achieve this, you
have to know what people wants and how are you going to arrive to that people. Is there
where technology has a very important rol, thanks to it you can know what is happening in
the world, what are the things that people are needing and how are you going to arrive to
every country to be a succesful businessman.

2) What is expected for technology tools in the future?

What is expected for technolgy tools in the future are according to the reading “that the
vision of the future is one that is technology led” and “educational technologists have
learned about innovation”. Firtstable is necessary to talk about the rol of technology tools in
the future, is important to see how rapidlly will these technologies emerge and how can
they be deployed in education and training, the technology has to be a tool that help people
to know about things of all countries and places, also, it has to help people to learn
whatever their capabilities.
On the other hand, is important to transform the education, as we know technology progress
every day, but education is the same of the past, for this reazon is necessary that technology
helps to innovate the way that we learn. We need to know that we are in an age of digital
and cognitive augmentation, for this is necessary to attend the collective knowledge
resources, also, we have to know that not all information are true. That i expect for
technology tools is that they help to us to develop our habilities no matter our condition, in
a globalizated world we have to help us in order to the development of the humanity.
