Yoga essentials, Ploiesti, 9 iunie 2018 : FROM alignment to flexibility (COMPLETE WORKSHOP).

Are you a yoga aficionado, a yoga instructor or teacher who wants to deepen the practice and find more
inspiration?

Are you flexibile but your postures are still not as good as you want?

Wonder how flexiblity can be improved by concentration and meditation?

Are you good in postures, but cannot hold them?

Are you flexible but still looking for a good stretch?

Are you on the stiff side, but want to enjoy postures?

Can your poses be as good as pictures found on the internet?

If you answered with YES at least once, than this workshop is for you; you will learn how to align
standing, sitting, and supine and prone postures and after we will practice togheter a tradtional and
dynamic mixed yoga class, revising the poses.

This 3 hrs workshop is a valuable tool for anyone in Ploiesti and surroundings interested in deepening
the process of yoga, either a student or instructor and has been design to improve the alignment and
flexibility by understanding the importance of dharana and dhyana. You will get a 3 hours of learning
practical tools and ideas you can take in your everyday life and the opportunity to learn is a small group.
(this workshop is limited to maximum 12 persons).

Manish Bhatia knows the benefits of yoga like no other, growing up in India where yoga is a natural
habit, and studying in Romania from last one and a half years. He has been teaching classes in Cluj for
the last 12 months and held different workshops in Romania. He got trained in yoga from India (200-
hour from S-VYASA) in 2015. His classes are mostly stretch-based leading to quick recovery in flexiblity.
I have learnt yoga from a muscle standpoint:

“I know all the major muscles related to the postures and I have learned how to align the yoga postures
and enjoy good and perfect postures. What I have seen here in Romania is that people are flexible, but
they can't hold postures to perfection that is the reason I am organizing an event which focuses on
improvement of postures. Once learned in the event, you can start practicing these simple postures at
your regular classes. Not only the postures will keep on improving, but proper utilizing of the muscles
which you will learn in this class will help make them stronger, which will lead to easily learning more
complex posture. Proper utilization of the muscles helps to engage less active muscles and relax over-
active muscles, which helps with proper balance of the muscles.”

The workshop will be led in english, but Ella will translate if needed.
