    è LinkedIn is a very powerful platform and it is very important to have a
    LinkedIn profile. These days, many companies maintain their own LinkedIn
    pages where they update company information, share company news and
    insight and showcase current employees which helps us to understand what they
    are looking in the candidates. Now days, 90% of the recruiters after receiving
    job application or resume they look up candidates on LinkedIn.

    It is a great way to connect with hiring mangers and recruiters. Creating an


    optimized profile help people or employers to find us easily. We can research
    companies and its employees and even apply for jobs. LinkedIn allow us to set
    alerts based on our career interests to regularly receive emails, updates and stay
    in loop. In short LinkedIn is easy, modern way to maintain a Rolodex of
    connection that maybe helpful in our career or in job search.
