New Site Setup - Enterprise Site


Procedure
1. Click System Setup Site Setup
2. Select Add/Modify Stores and then Next.

3. If there is no store listed other than “default” then the store(s) must be added here.

4. If the Store ID doesn’t matter and can be 1 then select the store and click “Edit”. If the store number does
matter, click “Add” and enter the Store number in the Store ID box.
a. The left column is the basic store information. Fill out all required fields marked with *.
b. The right column contains the Aloha Modules and a spot for desired installation date. Place a check mark in
the box and select the desired installation date for each module the store should have. While you can
enter same day dates for this, you will not be able to save the profile with same day dates. Best choice here
is to select the next date available but keep in mind we will not install your location until the Aloha Stored
Value Configuration Course has been completed.
c. The Software Key # is the 5 or 6-digit key we use to find the site in Command Center. The Site should
already have this information. If you do not, it is available in Aloha Manager. Click “help” and choose “about
Aloha Manager”
d. Click Save.

Note: The Install Team will proceed with the installation of the requested module(s) on the desired
installation date(s).
