Respected Sir,

We would like to bring to your kind notice that M/S Sri Giriraj Industries having its manufacturing

facility located at Village Januganj Golei, PO Remuna, District Balasore - 756019 is a manufacturer of
Packaging Plate under the brand name of ‘Giriraj Industries’.

As per the Order number 40-3/2020-DM-I(A) of Ministry of Home Affairs dated 15th April, 2020 Point
No.

15(i), Industries operating in rural areas i.e. outside the limits of municipal corporations are allowed to

resume operation from 20th April, 2020.

Therefore, we would like to request you to allow us to resume operations from the aforesaid date as our

manufacturing facility is located well outside the jurisdiction of Balasore Municipal Corporation.

We would like to assure you that all the precautions with respect to COVID -19 will be strictly followed

by the company.
