I. OBJECTIVES Objectives must be met over the week and connected to the curriculum standards. To meet the objectives, necessary procedures must be followed and if needed, additional lessons, exercises
and remedial activities may be done for developing content knowledge and competencies. These are assessed using Formative Assessment strategies. Valuing objectives support the learning
of content and competencies and enable children to find significance a nd j o y inlearning the lessons. Weekly objectives shall be derived from the curriculum guides.
A.Content Standard The learner demonstrates understanding of guidelines and principles in exercise program design to achieve personal fitness.
B.Performance Standard The learner designs an individualized exercise program to achieve personal fitness.
C. Learning Competency / 1. Define physical fitness and its major components that constitute it.
Objectives 2. Undertakes physical activity and physical fitness assessments to know the degree to which they possess each of these health-related fitness parameters and
identify which areas they need to improve on. (PE7PF-Ia-h-23)
3. Sets goals based on assessment results. (PE7PF-Ia-24)
4. Recognizes barriers (low level of fitness, lack of skill and time) to exercise. (PE7PF-Ib-2)
Content is what the lesson is all about. It pertains to the subject matter that the teacher aims to teach. In the CG, the content can be tackled in a week or two.

IV. PROCEDURES can infer from formative assessment activities. Sustain learning systematically by providing students with multiple ways to learn new things, practice their learning, question their learning
processes, and draw conclusions about what they learned in relation to their life experiences and previous knowledge. Indicate the time allotment for each step.
