SUBJECT: URGENT SUBMISSION OF TEAM OF HEALTH CARE WORKERS FOR

SPECIMEN COLLECTION

This is in compliance to DM 2020-0180 and pursuant to the directive of the Secretary

of Health, all DOH Hospitals shall hereby establish a team of HCWs trained to conduct
nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab specimen collection. The team should be
composed of at least six (6) personnel, in anticipation of the increase in testing capacity
of the country,
In line with this, you are hereby directed to submit the names and designation of the
six (6) personnel who will be part of the said team to the google link provided: https://docs.
