CAREER HISTORY
Engro EXIMP PVT Ltd is the wholly own subsidy of the Engro Corp which has a total revenue of
the over $100 Million. The company has two type of business 1. Trading and 2. Processing
( Rice Plant ). The Company trades in commodity fertilizers such as DAP, MAP, MOP and SOP.
Engro EXIMP has been the largest importer of phosphates and potash fertilizers in Pakistan.
Proven Job Responsibilities:
Deliver timely & accurate Financial Statement
Supervise Account Receivable department, and by signing the sale invoices & follow up from the
debtors by monitoring the credit terms & credit limit of the debtors.
Developed the corporate plan of agri-development and procurement division for 2012. Worked on
calculations to optimize number of hired mills, drying centers and manning for next year.
Develop Fixed & Variable cost budget.
Liaison with internal and external auditor.
Coordinate with ERP team and successful implementation of production Module under
supervision.
Analyze Variances and ratio analysis.
Code combinations GL and cost center configurations.
Present Monthly Debtor Aging Report.
Monitor & track the bank deposits from debtors.
Conduct credit checks on all customers, establish and manage limits.
Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
Review payroll sheet and petty cash fund and proper allocation of payroll in system cost center
wise and unit wise.
