Report
The team performance is related to how the team can incorporate to its dynamic
diagnostic skills and conflict resolution.
The communication is one of the most important topics, and the team shown to be
cohesive and motivated, and to maintain and open communication process was
used many communications channels:
 Internet: we have sent emails to exchange information;
 Chats: informal conversations;
 Phone calls;
 Team building;
 Meetings: we had regular meetings where everyone was able to
talk about issues, come up with ideas and find resolutions for
the problems. The team members were encouraged to attend
the meetings and expose your problems, issues and also take
decisions. It was made a report to record all information and
monitor the team development. When was necessary, we had a
one-a- one meeting for that team members that were struggling
or needed more support.
 The manager was aware of how our team was working through
reports and he participated on the last meeting, when we were
having the final resolutions.
 To initiate and maintain the communication process we had a
participative manager who was always able to promote ideas
and give feedbacks from our performance which were
addressed and analyzed with each team member.  We have
also online customer’s surveys and the reports were always
shared with the team.
To keep a cohesive and motivated team with a high performance is important to
monitor the team making sure that everyone is happy and feels included in: making
decisions, giving ideas, being listened and being supported. Observing how each
team member behaves in the meetings is also important to help them to achieve
their goals. Again, feedbacks are very important and have a great impact when used
in a constructive way. Team building events, such as dynamics or happy hours make
people more relaxed to relate to each other and are a good method to include and
motivate the team.

In order to guide and support the team, coaching is used to build confidence, inspire
and give directions. The team is being trained, building their knowledge and
improving their skills to have a better performance. Mentoring is also a technique
used in our company, to teach team members in specific positions where they need
to learn from someone more experience how to do exactly like them.

Finally, for resolution of problems, we have been following a process to ensure team
goals are achieved:

 Schedule a meeting;
 Brainstorming with the team;
 Report to the management;
 Get back to the team to discuss the problem;
 Agreed on solution.

meetings scheduled for the week.
However, if I don’t follow the procedures I may receive a warning and I would be
