Suzanne,
Am sorry to hear of your decision though we have implemented every CDC guideline given. Tele health will not meet
RPH expectations relative to the continued requirements of care set forth by CMS and overseen by TJC on an inpatient
basis. MUFP decision was predicated on their wanting to utilize telehealth though it would not meet our patient needs
to be seen physically by a physician to adequately determine diagnosis of issues presented. I will assume that the GME
office will send a refund for the remainder of April accordingly.
Take care and be safe.

Terry

Terry and Mark,

There have been continued concerns about the state of COVID precautions at RP. I also understand Marshall Family
Medicine had similar concerns, and are no longer providing services on site.

Although I have tried to keep our residents there as it is a valuable educational experience, after a faculty meeting
today, a vote was held and all residents will be pulled from clinical duties there beginning tomorrow 4/21/20.They will
finish the day out today. Missy will notify the GME office so they can adjust the invoice for the resident salaries.

As I indicated in an earlier email, we are happy to assist with any suggestions, as many steps to decrease risk of COVID
have been made at MMBH. Also, if there is a way for the residents to continue their experience using telehealth, that
would be a great option.

Thanks for being a residency partner and I am sorry for the necessary but short notice,
