HOLA MUCHACHOS…

Estas son las actividades de la otra semana, que es phonics. Hay 5


actividades porque tenemos 5 horas. Pero si un día tienen bloque
quiere decir que ese día tienen que hacer dos actividades. Y la 6ta
hora recuerden que es story telling.

 Tell students to draw a big “o” on their notebooks and write these words around it:

Step 1 cut the bottom of the paper.
Step 2 in each tentacle write a word with o

 Then ask them to write the questions and answer them on their notebook. (the
questions are in moodle)

2. Complete the sentence: the fox sits…..

 Share with the students this little story: https://www.youtube.com/watch?

fjJBdXR0E&feature=emb_rel_end and talk with them about it.
 Read with them the story a fox went for a jog. Then, Tell students to work by their
own in moodle. Reread the story and write all the words with the sound o.
 Finally, ask them to draw a fox.

 Game: tell students that they have look around the house and bring the objects that
you tell them. Show the words one by one. List of objects: POT, DOG, BOX, MOP,
SOCK, DOLL, TOY, CLOCK, ORANGE, MOM. If they do not have it it’s ok.
 Tell students to work by their own in the octopus worksheet (it’s in moodle). They
have to do it on their notebooks. Draw an octopus and write only the words with o
sound.
