instrumentation can be used for Dynamical mechanical analysis (DMA)? How the analyses
are performed, illustrate your answer with graphical explanation? [10]

Q3. How the thermal properties of composite materials can be determined? Describe all the
possible techniques particularly thermogravimetric analysis and Differential scanning
calorimetry (TGA& DSC) along with instrumentation and graphical representation. [10]

Q4. Describe the toughening mechanism in composite materials, how it is correlated with the
mechanical failure in polymer composite materials? [10]

Q 5. Discuss the importance of stress relaxation and creep studies on composite materials. [10]
