CANADIAN VISA REQUIREMENTS

Below is the list of documents required for Canada visa application;

1. e-passport valid for at least 6 months from date of visa application.

2. 6 months bank statement(s) (Individual bank statement(s) showing sufficient fund for trip).

3. 2 color passport photographs taken against a white background.

4. Evidence of hotel accommodation.

5. Letter of introduction from employer to the Canadian Deputy High Commission requesting
visa including copy of work ID card. (Company registration company tax and business
transaction documents required where self-employed)

6. Six (6) months’ salary bank statements including (Six) 6 months’ salary slips (Proof of
company's businesses where self-employed)

7. Marriage certificate/children's birth certificate/family pictures (if married and with children)

8. Evidence of ownership of assets/property (in form of share/stock/fixed deposit

statement/bonds/landed property doc etc.)

9. Letter of introduction from the Institute in Nigeria

10. Letter of invitation to attend conference in Canada from Institute in Canada

11. Any document confirming registration and accreditation to attend conference in Canada

NOTE: All documents are to be submitted in photocopy except bank statement(s) and introduction
letter(s).
