Evidence: Job interview

Imagine you are applying for a new job. Below you will find some common job
interview questions. For this evidence, you have to record yourself while you
answer them. Dress up. Look professional. Pay attention to your body language.
Show you really want to get that job. Remember to use the grammar structures
and vocabulary you have practiced within this learning activity.

1. If you could start your career over again, what would you do differently?

Answer: If I had improved my academic performance, I would have published my


article. For this reason, I would return again.

2. During your performance reviews, what criticism do you hear the most?

Answer: I have listened that I should be less impatient. Really, I should worry me
a little bit less for my labor tasks.

3. Tell me about your last position?


Answer: It was amazing, I had a great professional team to work in different
hospital areas, but they changed of administration and for themes political, the
new director dismissed me.

4. What is your work philosophy?

Answer: My work philosophy is: “Work hard, Work with passion, Work to be the
best that the best is yet to come”

5. How have you changed professionally speaking in the last two years?

Answer: Professionally, I have changed some aspects such as: requirement,


compliance and responsibility because I like to do my job very precisely and timely
in case of any correction, I have time for that.

6. Tell me about the best manager you have ever had.

Answer: My last manager was very strict much more than me, but it was exciting
to work with him, he always wanted more and achieve many good things for his
company. But, he is the best manager that I have had.

7. What were the most memorable accomplishments in your last position?

Answer: I was some memorable accomplishments such as the day my salary was
increased or the day I was a speaker on behalf of the company.

8. Why do you want to leave your current job?

Answer: Just because this job, I do not permit exploring new things such as
techniques to optimize the equipment because it is expensive for the company.

9. In your previous position, how much time did you spend learning how to do
things better?

Answer: Really, very a little because I do learn very fast and I know how to work
in this hospital area.

10. If you’re very happy with your current job, why do you want to leave?

Answer: Just because, I like to explorer new opportunities and I like to meet to
nationally the performance of the different hospital areas.
