How to Navigate BB Collaborate

How to access BB Collaborate/Joining the Course Room

1. First, go to course content page for the course.

2. In the left toolbar, click on Blackboard Collaborate. Once you

click on it, it will take you to this screen.
3. Click on Course Room. It will always be unlocked and available.
From here, click the grey icon on the right toolbar that says Join
Course Room.

4. Once you open join course room, the session will open in a new
browser and the recording will begin playing.
How to Access BB Collaborate Recordings

1. Go to course content page.

2. On the left toolbar, click on Blackboard Collaborate. Once you

click, it will take you to this screen.
3. Under the course room tab, you will see the recordings. Click on
the recording you want to watch, and on the right side of the page
it will show you the recording. Click the grey tab titled “Join
Session”.

4. Once you open join session, the session will open in a new
browser and the recording will begin playing.
