„ The wind velocity is about 20-25 [m/s] above altitude 2500[m]

Conclusion
„ Performance of the paraglider is not good
enough under these conditions.
„ We should find a new approach such as 2-state
parachute or using automatic parachute ripcord
release to overcome the strong wind at the high
altitude .
