Call to Order, establish quorum

Approval of minutes unanimous

Board issues/concerns:
• Pool Opening Date
o Pool will open as soon as we are legally allowed to open per direction of government
• Fence
o Need to contact the fence company to look at spacing between shed and fence
• Spring Yard Sale
o Postponed until further date
• Summer Pool Party
o We will schedule this to be 2 weeks after the pool opening date
• ARC Violations
o We will continue to monitor for violations
