NOTICE TO THE ADVISER

Dear Advisers,
As we already project the opening of classes sometime in August 2020, we are
also looking into the possibility of holding our Online Enrolment by June 15, 2020.
Recently, the Department of Education came out with the Guidelines on the
Basic Education Enrollment vis-à-vis the Covid-19 National Public Health Emergency.
They have identified there the protocol for modified general enrolment which has three
(3) stages.
With regard to this, we seek your assistance for the PRE-DATA COLLECTION
(Stage 1) of our enrollment procedures. On this stage, you are designated to facilitate
the remote enrolment of your former pupils/students starting June 5 until June 14,
2020. This process, however, will still continue even during enrolment proper.
As a Class Adviser, you will take charge of the pre-enrolment of learners from
your previous advisory class. We ask you to kindly contact each one of them using the
contact information found in the SF1. Contact shall as much as possible be done
remotely, with priority given to phone calls, SMS, and social media (FB, Messenger)
which is mutually convenient for you and the learners. You may start your convo with
them by asking them first of their current condition amidst this pandemic and what is
their plan for their schooling.
