As a responsible investor, what is your vision of sustainability and corporate social

responsibility?
One of the core principles of Sustainability for us is ensuring for the future generations a better
quality of life. Sustainable development can be built through the implementation of a fully ethical
eco-environment in which each corporation has a degree of social responsibility and a
comprehension of its external negativities and impact on its various stakeholders.

What kind of sustainable/responsible industries, companies and corporate behaviors do

you want to support?
A wave of new generation companies is willingly starting an eco-responsible initiative. The main
activity of Moulinot, a compost & Biogas company, is the recycling of food waste produced by
restaurants. By simply exercising its activity, Moulinot has generalized its green vision to the
majority of its partners. In the field of corporate behaviors which can be cited as ethical we find
corporations, which annualy allow a certain portion of their profit as a contribution to the universal
good of local communities or the enhancement of the local environment through direct investment
into non-profit organizations.

What kind of unsustainable/non responsible industries, companies and corporate

behaviors will you never support?

One of the examples we could include of companies which are not totally compliant with social
ethics is Amazon. As previously seen in our study case, Amazon is against unionization and has
been overly criticized for workplace abuse situations. Another case of controversial practices can

 be witnessed in the Luxury industry, LVMH has been criticized for the use of illegal and
uncompliant companies at the level of its supply chain.

Aligning with your vision and stances, what are your expectations and objectives regarding
the ETF investment policy and portfolio?

Which criteria will you use to assess the adequacy of the preselected ETFs with your vision,
stances, expectations and objectives?
