Figure 30 shows the login form of the system user need to input username and password
in order to access the system after login user will go to dashboard of the system.

This figure shows the franchise application form the user can view records of operators
and identify franchise status. The user can filter records by expired franchise, 30 days before
expiration and active franchise and also search individual records by inputting username in the
search bar. The user can also add and edit operator information.
