Maka-RENTA User Manual
New users will input their personal data to be used to log in to the website of
Maka-RENTA.

Users will use their Makatizen ID as their username to login to the website.
Users must update their profile information to add additional information in their
profile. The figure shows that we are logged in as a Landlord.
Figure 26: Message
This page allows the landlord to communicate with tenants who are interested with
their posted real properties.
This is where the landlord can have a overview of how many property has the
landlord posted and how many request they have from the tenants.

Request Tab allows the landlord to manage the request of their tenant’s on-site
visitation request and accepting tenants who will rent their property.
Landlords must also include at least 4 images of their property and pin their location
with the google map.

Landlords must also include a image file of their Business Permit. Business Permits
can be obtained from the City Hall of Makati.
After adding a property, landlords will be redirected to Post Request Success page. In
this page landlords can Check their post in the using the link at the bottom right
corner of the page. “Check your post here”

In this page landlord can edit or delete their post and hide their post. Landlord may
hide their post if they don’t want tenants to view their post at the moment.
Users must update their profile information to add additional information in their
profile. The figure shows that we are logged in as a Tenant.

Tenants are allowed to browse landlords offers. They can also filter properties with
category and barangay.

In this page tenants are allowed to view the information of the selected property.
Tenants can also see who posted the property.
Tenants will be able to view the Overview descriptions of landlords about the
property. In this area tenants can request an on-site visitation of the property. They
can also contact the owner through Maka-RENTA chat (“Interested” Button) or via
Facebook messenger, mobile or email

Tenants can view the pinned location of the property through Google Map. They can
use the Google Map’s Pegman to navigate through the streets.
In the third tab they can also view the copy of business permit of the property.

In this page tenants are allowed to view property they have requested on. The green
label shows that the tenant is confirmed to visit the property on Oct. 21 2019 while
the red label shows whether the tenant is selected by the Landlord to rent the
property.
This page shows the overview of the website. How many property are posted,
number of Makatizen’s registered, number of ongoing requests.number of
categories, how many visitors subscribed and message from visitors.

Admin can Verify landlord’s new posts. Once the post is verified tenants will now be
able to see the property in the “Browse offers section”.

Admin can monitor users through this page. In the figure some information are
missing because the users have not yet updated their profile information.
This is the content management of the website where admins can manage the
information shown in the about us page, FAQ’s page, etc.

This allows the admin to update the contact information of the Maka-RENTA
website.
This shows visitors who have subscribe to the website, which is located at the footer
of the website
