is it important for you to achieve such professional growth?

The future goal that I want to achieve in life is becoming a principal. The first step
to achieve this is entering public school. I need to gain experience inside the public
school. This important for our professional growth because it will increase our
financial aspect. In the future we will have our own families that’s why we need to
increase our financial stability.
